The Baker County District Attorney’s Office represents the citizens of the State of Oregon by prosecuting state level crimes that are committed in Baker County. The Baker County District Attorney’s Office employs the elected district attorney, two deputy district attorneys, one victims’ assistance officer, one child support officer, one office manager, and a legal secretary, as well as an in-house investigator. Each year the office handles over 130 felony cases and approximately 350 misdemeanor cases.

In addition to our in-house staff, our office works hand-in-hand with local community organizations with the goal of making Baker County a safe place to call home.
